Grocery Store Sales | March 29- April 4

grocery store sales

It’s Wednesday, so it’s time to highlight some of the best deals on healthy produce and products at your local grocery stores!

I know eating healthy can get a bad rap for being too expensive. And I get it. Whole Foods has the nickname Whole Paycheck for a reason.

But shopping the sales can help.

And while I don’t recommend driving all around town so you can save a few bucks, it is nice to know when one of the stores close to your house (or work) is running a good deal on a product you love.

Tip of the week

One of my favorite foods is Justin’s Almond Butter, maple flavor. I have it almost every day with a sliced apple for my morning snack. I’ve never seen a lower price than at Walmart where it is between $6.99-$8.99. Most stores sell it for $10.99- $12.99.

When it comes to Justin’s, Walmart is always the low price leader!

And a positive thought as we head into the warmer months- look for the cost of produce to drop.

Plus, over the next month we’ll start to see a tremendous increase in produce selection at farmers’ markets. Love this time of year!!
