UnSipped is on Facebook!

UnSipped Facebook Cover

I’m a total Instagram girl at heart.

I seriously could spend hours liking pictures of roasted carrots and beets.

When someone comes up with new almond butter/yogurt/granola bowl in a way I’ve never seen before, I’m in awe of their talent.

I’ve liked hundreds of thousands of pictures from people I don’t know and I’ll never meet.

And I’ve also made virtual friends along the way.

I congratulate them when they do amazing in the half marathon they just completed. I know this, because of the picture they posted of them crossing the finish line.

Of course, I also know this because over the past three months, I’ve liked countless pictures of their early morning runs.

But for some reason, I’ve never taken to Facebook the way I have to Instagram.

Until now!

Although I’ve had a personal Facebook account for almost 10 years, I just open my UnSipped Facebook Page over the weekend.

It’s such a great platform to keep in touch with friends and family. Starting this page will allow me to connect with more people that are primarily on Facebook.

On the UnSipped page, I’ll have things I love. Articles I’ve found helpful, posts by other bloggers that I enjoy, and info about local events. The list goes on and on.

For those that have been kind enough to check out my blog, it will also be an easy way to see my most recent post.

Side Note: For those in Sacramento who are interested in reviews specific to the Sacramento area, I also have a Yelp account. I post my restaurant and fitness studio reviews there. Over the next few months I plan to add more reviews to that platform as well.

So lots of great things going on!

It’s been a blast starting this blog and growing it through social platforms that are a good fit.

Considering Facebook is by far the most popular social media platform in the U.S., I’m excited to branch out from my personal account to the UnSipped page!

As always, thanks so much for taking the time to read this.

If you’d like to see more of something, please let me know. I’m always excited to hear about new things to write about.

I believe life is meant to be enjoyed and our frame of mind determines how much we allow ourselves to experience the beauty each day has to offer. Almost five years ago, I was depressed, physically weak and spiritually broken. Now I feel all the blessings of a healthy life and a grateful attitude. From positive vibes to simple pleasures- I'm sharing my thoughts on all the little things that make life truly amazing.
